My stay at the hotel was great overall. The rooms are very modern with lots of channels to choose from, even though mine didn't have a working phone. They were efficient, clean, and had that new modern Marriott vibe that I hope continues to spread in similar renovations. The service was wonderful, from valet, bellman, front desk, and housekeeping, despite a small hiccup when they programmed our keys for the wrong room. The location was great for bars and restaurants, very attractive, and was perfect for us. The dining experience didn't cover much, especially coming from room service, and was the same price with fewer options than expected for a downtown hotel.

This time I needed a disability room, and I found the hotel to be modern, fresh, spacious, and very comfortable, with a large and clean room providing a great view of Winston-Salem. The staff was exceptional, from the valet to housekeeping, noting our preferences for the next available service. The location was convenient, although slightly expensive, offering a good view and proximity to the downtown area. The dining experience, especially the room service, could have been improved by offering more options at the same price point. The facilities were well-maintained and provided good value for money overall.

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were modern with large flat screen TVs, allowing me to enjoy my Netflix movies after logging in. However, the rooms felt a bit muggy and stale and could have benefitted from having a microwave. The sound insulation was not the best, as I could hear noises from other guests inside the hotel.
